I am so excited that you are looking into Kimberly Powers Photography for your photo needs. I know that you are crazy busy. You can be assured that you are in great hands and will have a relaxing experience with lots of laughs. I LOVE getting to know your families and hearing about your busy life (I can relate) and celebrating all the milestones that come your way.
The Kimberly Powers Photography Experience
Once I receive your inquiry, you will receive initial contact from me. I will answer any questions that you have and we will get your date set for your photoshoot. You will be emailed a contract and invoice requesting a retainer fee that is 50% of the Session cost. This will secure the date.
01. PLANNING FOR THE FUN
I will send your official Senior/Family questionnaire. This will ask you questions about what type of photos you want, locations, preferences you might have, etc. This will help the day go smoothly.
02. FINAL DETAILS
The final details will be discussed via a phone call or text messaging(usually 1-2 weeks prior). The reason for this final consult is to help clarify anything you put into your questionnaire or to let me know of any changes to it. This gives me an idea of how to plan out your photoshoot day.
03. THE BIG DAY
My goal on this day is to ensure that it is easy-going and fun! I will pose you and help guide you through the entire shoot. I will capture who you are and create some fun memories to kick off your Senior year.
04. GALLERY DELIVERY
You will see a social media sneak peek of your session at least by the day after your photo shoot. I strive to have full gallery ready two weeks after your session. Portrait selections are done in person at my studio in Holdrege. I personally help you pick out your favorites and decide what sizes will fit your needs and space. I have samples of products that you are able to see and feel there quality for yourself.

Senior/Family Experience Pricing
For all sessions, my products and prints are sold separately. My a la carte prices start at $30. My collections start at $800 and go up to $3200. There is a $600 minimum order requirement. Average total investment is $2200.

FAQs
How do you take payments?
I accept Cash, Check or CC. To book and lock in your session date, I require 50% of the session fee. When ordering product, I require that to be paid in full before the order is placed with the photo lab.
Do you have “mini” sessions?
I offer “mini” sessions a couple times throughout the year. Check my FB page for details and dates.
How much can I expect to spend?
The session fee + it is a build-your-own package approach for order appts. You are able to select exactly what you want and work within a budget.
